We are in the business of buying equity or revenue at a discount. We try to place investor money in identified real estate assets that have hidden equity or are under performing in generating rental income. We look for neglected properties or properties where maintenance has been deferred. Sometimes a property will require major construction, but some only need minor cosmetic changes to realize their full potential market value. Rehabilitating under performing rental properties can provide investors with longer term goals a dual benefit by maximizing the equity in the property in the short term and increasing revenue for the long run.
