Attorney Douglas Keating started his legal career in 1988 when he was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania. He first worked for the Honorable Francis A. Searer, Mifflin County Court of Common Pleas as a Judicial Law Clerk. After three years with Judge Searer, he became an Assistant District Attorney at the Blair County District Attorney’s Office. Attorney Keating was promoted to First Assistant District Attorney in 2002.Attorney Keating then became a Guardian Ad Litem in the Blair County Court of Common Pleas. As a Guardian Ad Litem, he was able to fight for the best interests of children in the Children and Youth system in the Blair County Court of Common Pleas.Attorney Keating went into private practice in 2009 so he could use his talent as a litigator to help people in some of the toughest situations they face. He wants to help people get through the most difficult times and obtain peace in their lives. Attorney Keating brings over thirty years of experience as an attorney helping people get through custody battles, divorces and the possible loss of liberty while fighting criminal charges.
